Here’s what’s coming up in December!

The end of the year is approaching fast – but Anderson Entertainment and the Official Gerry Anderson Store are aiming to make this a Christmas to remember, with an exciting array of new items to close out 2023.

Terrahawks fans can end the show’s 40th anniversary year on a high with a selection of new items, including Silva Screen’s two-disc soundtrack set – which is now in stock and shipping from the Official Gerry Anderson Store!

We’re also expecting the imminent arrival of our three new Terrahawks books; the brand new Terrahawks graphic novel Deep Blue Z, the Terrahawks Comic Anthology (a 144-page hardback collecting the entirety of the Terrahawks comic strip from Look-in magazine), and 140-page hardback making-of book Flaming Thunderbolts: The Definitive Story of Terrahawks by Fred McNamara. Customers who have pre-ordered any of these titles should expect them in time for Christmas – barring acts of Zelda! – and are still availabe to pre-order either individually or as a discount bundle of all three.

Fans of Supermarionation will be pleased to hear that The Secrets of The Secret Service, our bookazine looking at Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s short-lived final Supermarionation series, will also be shipping this month! We’re hoping to do more similar publications for other Anderson shows – which would you like to see us tackle next?

Our new premium collectible Eagles models have almost reached the UK! These finely detailed die-cast scale collectibles showcase the legendary Eagle as depicted in Space: 1999, hand-painted and finished with screen accurate decals, standing atop fully sculpted scenic bases – unique to this range. Our fleet currently includes the standard transporter Eagle or the rescue Eagle, and will be highly sought-after collectors’ items for fans of the series and collectors of iconic science fiction memorabilia alike. Purchase them individually or in a discount double bundle!

Fireball XL5 fans will be happy to hear that the series returns to Talking Pictures TV on Saturday December 2nd at 3pm, with the episode The Triads! ‘New’ episodes of Thunderbirds will back in the spring, but repeats of previously shown episodes continue every Tuesday evening throughout December at 7.55pm.

Viewers of the Gerry Anderson Podcast have a suitably festive treat in store, as upcoming episodes feature special guest interviewees actress Sadie Miller (December 4th & 11th) and Terry Adlam (December 18th and 25th) – but who would you like to see us interview in 2024? Providing there’s an Anderson connection we’ll listen to any suggestions – so why not put yours in the comments below?

Fans of the Gerry Anderson Podcast (or Space Precinct) may also like to know that you can catch Richard James performing in A Sherlock Carol at London’s Marylebone Theatre from December 1st to January 7thbook your tickets here!

Finally, we’d like to thank you all for sticking with us for another year of all things Anderson! What’s been your favourite Andermoment of 2023, and how can we make your enjoyment of Gerry and Sylvia’s incredible worlds even more special in the years to come? Please let us know in the comments!
