Anderson Entertainment are very excited to offer the first in our new line of collectibles based on vehicles from Gerry Anderson’s most popular television series – starting with one of the most iconic!
Created at a time of real-life space travel, the Eagle Transporter from Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s visionary 1970s television Space: 1999 is for many the greatest sci-fi spacecraft ever conceived. Known for its elegant shape and mission versatility, the Eagle Transporter flies an impressive array of missions including reconnaissance, resource gathering and space exploration.
This finely detailed die-cast scale collectible showcases the legendary Eagle as depicted in Space: 1999, in both standard Transporter configuration and the striking Rescue Eagle variant.
Machined from Zamac metal and ABS plastic, hand-painted and finished with screen-accurate decals, the model stands atop a fully sculpted scenic base – unique to this range. The collectible models features newly developed command module windows, a meticulously crafted engine unit and module landing legs.
The Eagle and Rescue Eagle are each secured in foam housing within a deluxe white presentation box, which marks the model as part of our premium range. The soft-touch matt finish of the box interior provides a full craft schematic, craft specifications and detailed information on the craft. These features, combined with the limited production certificate of authenticity, make the Eagle Transporter and Rescue Eagle highly sought-after collectors’ items for fans of the series and collectors of iconic science fiction memorabilia alike.
Other Eagle variants, as well as other iconic Anderson vehicles will join the collectibles range throughout 2024 and beyond.
