Mission complete, Anderfans!
Gerry Anderson Day 2024 has proved to be a fantastic success, with so many fans getting involved in all of the fun and adventure that the day offered. In case you missed any of the day’s events, let’s have a rundown of all that happened!
12-Hour Broadcast
Throughout this year’s Gerry Anderson Day, fans had the chance to enjoy a colossal 12-hour repeating live broadcast which contained a huge amount of content for folks to enjoy. From classic episodes of several of Gerry’s TV shows to rarely seen documentaries, trailers and modern audio episodes of the likes of Space: 1999 and Thunderbirds, there was a vast amount of goodies for Anderfans to enjoy.
Celebratory Livestream
In-between the repeating broadcast, we also had another of our popular livestreams take place, presented by regular host Jack Knoll and special co-host Jamie Anderson, along with a selection of guests. The livestream was dedicated to welcoming new fans with a wide variety of FAB festivities, including games and exclusive news of many of our upcoming releases. The celebratory livestream can still be enjoyed over on the Official Gerry Anderson YouTube channel.
Anderson Online Preview
As part of the celebratory livestream, we also revealed our first ever Anderson Online Preview! This unique curation of teasers offers a thrilling insight into just some of the exciting future releases from Official Gerry Anderson over the coming months. Some releases you may already know of, such as the concert Stand By for Action 2: Tunes of Danger and the epic multimedia narrative Stingray: Deadly Uprising. However, we guarantee that the Anderson Online Preview contains a few tantalising surprises that you won’t find elsewhere.
